If you are part of the rapidly growing waste management industry you will know that recycling is a big business today and the elements you need to succeed are a consistent source of waste material to process, a market for the recyclate you produce and a margin on your business.

By becoming Recovinyl certified you will automatically be connected positively into the European PVC recycling value chain:

  • Giving you the opportunity of registering your recycling volumes into a centralised system.
  • Locate customers who may be interested in buying material from a certified Recovinyl recycler
  • Raise your profile as a recycler so that you can gain new sources of quality PVC waste feedstock from collectors and the manufacturing and installing industries.

Does it cost anything?

No. The cost of the Recovinyl Certification system is covered by the European PVC industry, so if your application to be certified is accepted, you will get all of the benefits without any costs to yourself.

There are two service level categories for recyclers: standard and advanced. Both receive a yearly payment for the service agreement signed with Recovinyl.

Will our business have to do anything?

The only thing you will have to do is to regularly supply statistics on the volumes of material you are recycling, as required by Recovinyl, and be willing for these to be verified occasionally by EUCertPlast auditors.

How do I sign up?

Complete the online application form and we will get in touch with you in due course to let you know if your business qualifies and process your application.
